special recipe for 7’s was passed from an old Chinese
cook to my Grandfather over 50 years ago. Both men shared
the bond of friendship and the love of good food.
7’s sauce has been on our dinner table 7 days a week
for as long as I can remember, it’s a family favourite.

FISH-
Take one whole baked fish of your choice and just before serving
heat up 1 cup of 7's sauce add to it ½ cup thinly sliced red capsicum,
2 or 3 thinly sliced shallots, 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh pineapple.
Mix together and pour over the hot fish. You could add a teaspoon
of crushed ginger, garlic or tablespoon of sweet Thai chilli sauce.
DIPPING SAUCE-
7's makes a great dipping sauce on its own or you can add a good
squeeze of lime juice (1/2 large lime or 1 small one) and a dessertspoon
of sweet Thai chilli sauce to a 100ml of 7's and create something
fantastic.
