Cherax Park Aquaculture is one of the biggest freshwater crayfish farms in South East Queensland with a total of 57 ponds. Featured on Channel 7's Queensland Weekender and Channel 9’s Saturday Afternoon our Cherax Park "Pond to Plate" experience is a must do on your visit to the Cooloola and Fraser Coast regions or just a great destination for that special day out. The tour features all aspects of Redclaw Aquaculture and finishes with a delicious 2 course Redclaw lunch served in country style on the verandah of the family Queenslander.

south
On the Bruce Highway past Gympie take the Windsong
Tea Gardens exit into Balkin St. Continue 300 metres
and take the right fork into Adrian Lane (Gunalda
cemetery sign) Follow along 100m and turn right into
Scrub Rd at the Give Way sign .Follow along Scrub
Rd until you cross the railway line (approx 6 km).
Turn right and continue past the Theebine Hotel to
the T intersection (2.5 km). Turn left, continue 200
metres & take the first mailbox on your right.
